Darren Koyanagi is the newest member to join the team at Entrust.  Darren brings with him over twelve years of experience advising growing owner-managed businesses in the area of taxation. 

As a Senior Tax Manager, Darren will be responsible for providing complex tax services to the clients of Entrust.  These services will include researching and developing comprehensive corporate reorganizations and estate plans, advising and structuring business acquisitions and representing clients when negotiating with Canada Revenue Agency.  Darren will also be responsible for the tax compliance matters of the clients of Entrust.    

Darren received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1995 and his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1997.
